  2. No. Myosin and actin are critical to the human organism as they constitute essential components of the cytoskeleton. There are no known genetic differences in myosin or actin between races. There is considerably less adipose tissue around Asian muscular structure (thus they usually appear skinnier), but that is connective tissue and has little to do with muscle tissue.
