Is there a difference in a thumb stabilizer vs. thumb splint? Can I still play volleyball in both?

  1. what day is the  volleyball and  stabilizer and what time if they are on difference time and day you can go tows of them


  2. Just use athletic tape b/c its easier to play with. And a stabilizer or a splint are both bulky and they will totally s***w up your game. So basically its best to just use some tape, and you'll be good to play.

  3. Both are there to prevent movement of the thumb.  This is either to avoid further trauma, or to allow the bone to heal. In either case, I dont recommend playing volleyball since this could do more harm.

  4. The best thing to do is to tape up you hand/thumb with atheletic tape. Ask your Coach to do it, b/c they will probably know thte correct way it should be done. Wear the splint or stabalizer when you are not playing b/c it may actually s***w up your game.
