im not 100% sure if its loose tendons but, lots of my body parts keep popping.
it first started with my thumbs, if i bent my left thumb semi fast there would be a pop in my joint, same with my right thumb but i need to pull it a little and then bend it, not i can rapidly bend my left thumb and it snaps nearly every time its bent.
then my knees started doing that but its harder to pop them, and if im in a crouching or siting position (without a chair) it feels like my knees
will collapse. my right knee is worse then my left.
then my right wrist started popping.
then my toe and finger knuckles.
and now my shoulders. my shoulders started 2 days ago and I'm already feeling pain from them.
every body part started simultaneously with its counter part.
i don't get a lot of exercise (actually if basically done absolutly nothing all summer)
so what could be wrong?
