Is there a doctor in Oxnard that will give a prescription?

I'm looking for a doctor that will precribe medicinal marijuana for my husbands migraines. He has had adverse cardiac episodes when he's been given the typical migraine medication...and the pot seems to help him with out having to go to the CCU....We'd like to find a doctor that will give him a prescription...I heard there was one in Oxnard...but I don't know his name.

I don't know where Oxnard is but I think you have to be in Cali.
