Is there a free website that allows you to download a radio and then listen to it while being offline?Without a reciever or dish? I mostly listen to pop and country. Free 10 points to anyone who answers (and the radio station works)

Do you mean download and then put it on cd or something.  A good country radio in Chicago is US99.5.  I don't know if they have what you want, but you can listen online.

pandora.com is a great website, but i do beliave that you would need to still be connected to the internet....
