I recently was in a really bad car accident when I crashed into another car. However, a second after the impact, everything seemed super slow motion for a few seconds as I got out and walked a few meters to the car I hit. Then everything went back to normal. I must have been gone for about 5 seconds, but seemed to haveI had about a minute worth of thinking.

What I'm asking is, is there a drug that induces that slow-motion adrenaline effect?

  1. You were probably in shock concerning what happened. As far as I know (as I've never used any drugs) there's no drug that can reproduce that feeling...although when I've been drunk I kinda feel that way hehe. As far as adrenaline is concerned...adrenaline causes your body to speed up! Its your body's own natural stimulant and a powerful drug (epinephrine)! Don't mess with epinephrine...it can save you and kill you!

  2. It probably happened becaused when you had the accident you got shook up and ur head took a while to get back like into sync with itself. When I got into a fight before like the dude had me held up right in front of him but when he punched at me I saw all the punches in slow motion like I dodged all hits even though they were only like 10 inches away like it all felt like a blur.
