Unfortunately, I can't seem to find one (and generally, seasons are released just before the new one starts, so we wouldn't see that until next June).

Best I can do is the Shark Week 20th Anniversary Collection.  Which should showcase several of the shows you saw this year, since many of them have been shown in past Shark Weeks.
