Is there a dvd that stiulates riding ur bike in different places such as...?

you ride you excercise bike and it makes it look like you are riding in the moutains and other places... my mom has seen it before but she doesnt know the name... thanks in advance

There used to be a series called VideoCycle.  Check your public library.  But they are on (gasp) videotape, and the music is kind of disco.  But they had rides in Vermont and Hawaii and the Tetons and Yellowstone.  I used these when I first started riding my trainer.

Check eBay, too, for those.

The only other one is from Spinervals.  Coach Troy takes you through a couple of road workouts.  Check www.spinervals.com.

Highroad is right! . . . .It's not cheap!

Most of us make do with watching cycling.tv and trying to keep cadence and pace with the Pros!! (indoor trainers can be so boring!)
