  1. well try tylenol cold a.m. or p.m. m! that stuff works wonders

  2. Go to your local GMC or health food store and ask for Colloidal Silver take one table spoon.

    Its expencive, it works.

  3. Take a lot of vitamin C and lots and lots of fluids. If you have any mint, orange, lemon, or eucalyptus,  take it into the bathroom. Run your bathroom sink full of hot, steaming water. Add the scent and put a towel over your head as you lean down to the sink. This will create a barrier to hold the steam around your nose for inhalation. This will help with your stuffiness and some of your sore throat. It won't help with feeling hot, but it'll help 2/3 and that ain't bad. ;-)

What works for me feeling hot is taking a spray bottle, putting it on mist, and laying in bed in underwear (or less). Spray it up in the air, let it fall down on you and evaporate. It'll help cool you off, especially if you have a fan or air conditioning going.

Sore throat will be helped by three different things, take your pick: tea with honey and lemon, salt and warm water gargle, or mixing maalox and liquid benadryl and garling that.

    Feel better! :-)

  4. let me tell you my secret medicine, it is 100% work for sure.

    1. make a cup of tea.

    2. if you have lemon or lime, juice like a couple and then add them to the tea cup.

    3. and the tea should be between warm and lil bit hot.

    4. you can put honey instead of sugar if you want.

thy this for two days like twice a day, good luck

  5. Airborne, vitamin B and orange juice (lots of it) works miracles for me.

  6. try zicam.  Also, have a bowl of chicken soup, drink plenty of fluids, take some Nyquil, and go to bed early.  sleep is one of the best ways to feel better.  Cough drops for the sore throat.

Remember, if you are sick you shouldn't go to track practice.  For one thing, taxing yourself could make you sicker and you probably won't do as well if you are sick.

  7. Essential oil of Eucalyptus in a humidifier will help with the stuffiness, Willow will help with the fever, (it's where aspirin originated) and Slippery Elm tea with raw local honey and fresh squeezed organic lemon juice will help your sore throat.

    Hope you feel better soon.
