Is there a fax number for LE subpoena's

Is there a fax number where I can have my DA send a subpoena request. I am sure they are sending a follow-up by mail, but I need to get a jump on this case. It would be nice if you had an LE section for hints and advise for LE's to review. Thanks

  1. You have to send the subpoena to the officer's workplace. Call the non-emergency line and ask where you can fax a subpoena for the officer. In my dept., they come to the fax in the front office and clerks give them to the officer's sergeant. Just call his workplace and ask for a fax number-they get subpoenas all the time so it's not a big deal.

  2. You will receive your subpoena at your substation, it will have to be served to you... But you would already know know that if you really were a cop. nice try kid
