Is there a feline that can both purr and roar?

Big cats such as lions and tigers cannot purr in the tradition of smaller cats, although they can make a sound akin to purring as they exhale.  Small cats are able to purr whether they are inhaling or exhaling, and can even do so while eating or drinking, which big cats cannot.

There is only one cat - a single subspecies of leopard as I recall, although I cannot remember exactly which at the moment - which can both purr the way small cats purr *and* roar the way large cats roar.
