Is there a ferry form Calais - Holland?

No there isn't.

If you want a cheap crossing then go Dover-Calais then drive up from Calais (although petrol is getting more and more expensive!)

Otherwise if you would prefer less driving then go via Harwich->Hoek van Holland which is a 6hr 15 mins crossing, but of course a lot more expensive than the Dover-Calais route
