  1. Check out the following website. Has a schedule of all ferries in and out of Amsterdam.

    http://www.ferryto.co.uk/destinations/ge...

  2. Taking a ferry from Hamburg to Amsterdam is really a waste. You can drive, it's 464.8 km (288.8 miles) and would take about 4 hours if there are no traffic jams etc. Besides there isn't any ferry service from Hamburg to Amsterdam. Here's the directions;

If you leave Hamburg on Beim Berliner Tor (East)

Turn right (East) onto Berlinertordamm 0.1 km

Turn left (North) onto local road(s)

Turn left (West) onto Beim Strohhause 0.4 km

Keep left onto Kurt-Schumacher-allee 0.3 km

Turn left (South) onto Nagelsweg 1 km

Road name changes to Amsinckstraße

Turn left (East) onto B4 [Amsinckstraße] 2.2 km

Road name changes to A225 [Neue Elbbrücke] 3.4 km

Merge onto A1225 [E22] 2 km

At Exit 72, keep straight onto ramp towards the A30 direction Hannover / Osnabrück / Amsterdam / Rheine 0.3 km

Take the right ramp onto the A30 [E30] direction Amsterdam / Rheine 64.6 km

Entering the Netherlands

Road name changes to A1 [E30] 25.8 km

Keep right onto ramp [E30] towards A1 / E30 / Deventer / Amsterdam 49.1 km

Bear right (west) onto ramp towards A50 / Zwolle / Arnhem 0.4 km

Keep left to stay on ramp towards A50 / Arnhem 0.7 km

Take ramp onto A1 [E30] towards A1 / Apeldoorn-Zuid / Apeldoorn-West / Amersfoort 82.2 km

Take local road(s) right onto A10 [35] towards A10 / E35 Ring Amsterdam - Oost / Afritten S101 T/M S113 / Den Haag 3 km

At exit S112 keep right onto ramp towards Centrum / Duivendrecht / Diemen-Zuid / Amsterdam-Zuidoost 0.4 km

Keep straight onto local road(s)

Turn left (North-West) onto S112 [Gooiseweg] 4.3 km

Bear right (North) onto Meester Visserplein 0.1 km

Turn left to stay on Meester Visserplein 0.1 km

Turn right (West) onto Waterlooplein 0.2 km

Road name changes to Blauwbrug 0.1 km

Turn right (North) onto Amstel 0.5 km

Keep straight onto Muntplein towards S-Zuffenhausen

Keep straight onto Rokin 0.4 km

    Wala...you're in Amsterdam

  3. No ferries. Contact a touring car company, it is the cheapest way (other than hitch hiking) to get to Amsterdam.

    Goodluck!
