Is there a fertilizer for Japenese Maple trees? And Have you used it on your trees?

  1. use any balanced fertilzer... just don't use those nasty pound in the ground stakes!!!..... actually, the very best you could feed it would be a natural fertlizer like fish emulsion or kelp (*seaweed')... in liquid form so it's easily taken up... and always water hours or the day before you give fertilizer, so the tree doesn't take it up too quickly (*being thirsty).....  


  2. Any tree fertilizer will work! Look for one that equal parts! 10-10-10-, 13-13-13....ect. However, the other person is right. 10-10-10 would work the best!
