We are a US expatriate family living in North Africa. The Tuitions for primary American Schools is quite exorbitant and beyond our means. We are therefore wondering if there is some kind of financial aid or grants that are geared for covering the tuitions of American kids abroad so they could acquire American style education similar to that in the US homeland.

This will facilitate the integration of the kids in the US education system once the situation of the family permits the return to the US homeland. Thank you for any insight on this issue.

  1. I wont pretend to have a definitive answer for you, but the first place I would recommend starting your search that shouldn't predominately lead to a dead end, would be the AAFSW.

You can visit www.aafsw.org and locate specific contact information for a representative who can answer your questions more thoroughly.

I wish you the best of luck
