I've seen that as well and would think if anyplace would have it Vegas would. And the first place I would think that would offer it would be Tao @ Venetian. I know it's not a spa, but I can almost picture it now..as they have the whole Asian theme going on with the 'models' bathing in rose petals and getting massages....it seems the natural next step would be to add Kio fish pedacures ; )

Not yet.  I don't think it's caught on anywhere in the States.  Just in Asia.  I want one though.  Looks pretty cool and natural.
