  1. i found a site it's help you a lot

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flag_of_the...

  2. I've been looking for 20 minutes and haven't come up with anything for you.  The United States has the "Stars & Stripes" flag, familiar to everyone, but each state has their own flag too  It may be a certain states flag that you are refering  to. I'm not familiar enough with all of them to even make a guess.    Sorry I'm no help here. .  ..

  3. It's definitely not a US State flag.

Personally, I doubt it's a US flag at all, since you say it has 6 stripes. Modern US flags (that are inspired by the the National flag) would have an odd number of stripes so that the top and bottom stripes would both be red.

If it were a US flag I would say it's probably historical (from the nineteenth century or earlier) and came from the time before the number of stripes was set into law, or else it's likely a city or organizational flag that carries some other symbolism than relation to the american flag.

It's also definitely not any national flag from another nation. It could be the flag of a state, city, people, or organization from some other nation, though.

Best bets to look into would likely be europe, which has a strong history of red and white stripes; Malaysia whose own national flag looks very similar to the US flag; and perhaps Liberia, whose national flag is actually based on the US flag.

You might also look into Puerto Rico and Cuba, as both were based on the US flag and do contain six stripes. It's possible some organizational or city flag there might have added six stars as well.

However, neither of them has the square canton of the US flag, but instead has a triangle facing out from the hoist, so I doubt that's the one you're looking for.
