Is there a flea market selling leather bags and jackets in Paris?

I've heard of flea markets in Paris, but I don't know if they sell leather products? I'm looking for an affordable and nice leather briefcase and jacket. Should I get them when I'm in Paris?

The largest of the flea markets is that of St. Ouen which is technically a suburb which borders Paris proper by the Porte de Clignancourt.  You'll find lots of leather goods for sale there.

just walk around the Eiffel Tower, All the Africans are there hawking souvenirs, leather goods, wood carvings, etc....
