  1. No there are no direct flights. Aeroflot offers a non-stop to Moscow, where you can catch that airline's direct flight to Havana. In Havana you can connect to Santo Domingo on Cubana's direct flight. From Las Americas you can take a small charter flight or drive to Punta Cana.

  2. No there are no direct flights from Vladivostok or Moscow to Punta Cana or Puerto Plata. You have to take a flight to Paris (France) and then to Puerto Plata or Punta Cana. Air France is the only one with only one stop (connection) between the two countries. Enjoy it and happy to help you!

  3. First get to Moscow and from there try

Transaero Airlines flies a  Boeing 747-400 on its regular flight Moscow Punta  Cana twice a week

  4. I seriously doubt it. MOst of the airlines flying out of that airport are Russia only. Two go to Korea, and one (Avia) goes to China, Vietnam, Japan, Korea, and a few former Soviet republics.

I don't even think you can get a direct flight from Moscow. I just checked. There are no direct flights from Moscow to Punta Cana either. Air France has a one-stop flight through Paris, and a few other airlines have two/three stop flights.

Count on spending over a day getting there.
