Is there a free 0906 directory?

Someone has called a 0906 number from my Virgin home phone and I would like to see who owns the number. Where can I find such information?

The easiest way is to google the number. However if that dosn't work contact Ofcom. They should be able to tell you the phone company that supplys the 09 number and in turn that company may be able to tell you the customer. However this is not an easy or straghtforward process.
