Is there a free GOOD software that can burn movies into Video DVD's that are in different formats?

Everything i use is either a trial, a bad software, or only burns in weird formats. Also, if there's something i can use to convert formats please let me know. thanks!

Try Burn4Free. Though I use Nero now (comes bundled with DVD writers), I've use Burn4Free in the past with good results.
