Is there a free beach in NNY where it's kinda' private?

I'm looking for a place where me and a few friends can just go and hang out by the water all day without having to worry about lifeguards, and without having to worry about a gigantic park fee to pay...any suggestions?

hmmm I'd like to think there was but honestly it's hard to get private there and I doubt they'd let you near the water without a lifeguard there..
