Is there a free driver detective type program?

I would like a program that checks my drivers to makesure there upto date. Is there one that is free or very good but to pay for? Cheers

You could do that but you can also go to your control panel and choose the system icon then the hardware device manager tab, Click on each icon and choose the driver tab and choose update driver. It's just one less program bogging down your computer and using your resources up.

The only one i know about is on Driverguide.com

It is free, but to use the full thing you need to pay.

ok...this is all you need to do....(don't pay for anything)

go to: www.pcpitstop.com

do the: free pc health scan overdrive....(not the driver alert)

this scan among other things will tell you exactly what drivers are outdated. It also gives you the link to download them and update them.
