Is there a free internet live viewing of Australian Horse racing from Victoria and NSW?

I want to be able to view live horse racing from Australian tracks , most important from Melbourne city and provincial tracks and from all NSW tracks, I live outside Australia so cannot use bigpond services. I can receive sky channel via internet but they now have stopped streaming melb and Sydney racing

they are the reason you can not watch melbourne and sydney racing any more as they own the internet broardcasting rights and have now refused sky channel acsess!
