No there is no free photoshop, but ive heard of gimp, wich is free, ive never used it but its comparable to photoshop, so give it a try.

yes gimp, as noted, but there are plenty of other mac image editors out there. gimp is the most photoshop like. another popular mac program is graphic converter

You can get many different programs for free, but if you are looking for "THE" Photoshop... no. Not unless you want an illegal copy.

But check out some of the free programs -- you might find what you're looking for.
