Does anyone know a free photoshop program that i can make the background black and white and make sunglasses or eyes different colors

PLEASE HELP!!!

Make the photo bw. Repaint over items you in color with color filter.

FotoFlexer

Duplicate the layer and change it to grayscale Erase items you want to be in the BW layer, so that the color shows through.

You cannot get Photoshop for free. It's a very complex image editing program that you have to buy from Adobe.com (although you can download the 30-day trial for free.) However, the best of several free image editors that are available legally is Gimp, from www.gimp.org. If you have used Photoshop in any form, be aware that Gimp has a different interface that may take a while to get used to. But there is also a lot of support for Gimp, including forums, user groups and a couple of books.
