  1. Living in Lincolnshire myself, please if you find out let me know!!  They issue tokens for senior citizens to travel free in taxis. My mum gets them. That's all I know.  Seniors are the only people who can travel for free.

  2. As far as I'm aware there isn't, only free bus pass for over 60/65's and disabled.  There used to be but I think it was scrapped when the new national free bus passes were introduced.  Have you checked your local councils web site?

  3. Older people (60+) are able to claim taxi tokens, free bus passes or, I believe a discount card for the train.  You do this via your district council.

Look it up on http://www.direct.gov.uk and contact them directly.  I know West Lindsey DC does this so would assume it's county wide.

I think that people with certain disabilities are also entitled to free transport.
