Is there a free website, where I could find out about my Russian sister?

I am a mixed. I am half Russian and half Jewish. I arrived in the United States as a child. I never really knew my biological Russian father, but from what I recently heard he remarried another women after he divorced my mom (he divorced that woman as well, but that's another story).

From what I heard, he had a daughter with his second wife, whose name is Natalya. She is actually my half-sister, whom I never saw in my life.

Is there a free website, where I can search for her? I know her first and last names and I know approximately how old she would be now. I know that she is probably in Uzbekistan or Russia. Thanks!

Try what ME says - my husband uses those to find classmates and cousins - if she's not registered there, I don't know.
