Is there a fuel additive or something that you can get at wal-mart that will let you run on two gallons of gas

I'm not sure why you want something for only two gallons of gas, but if you want an additive that will help improve fuel miledge I know of one that will increase your miledge by at least 15% as well as clean up your emissions so you pump less junk into the environment. you can run anything on 2 gal of gas but it will only go so far. an additive wont increase how long or far it will go

are you suggesting that somehow an internal combustion engine wont run unless there is more than 2 gallons of gasoline in the tank? or are you looking for an additive that will allow you to run farther on a gallon of gasoline? either way you need to learn more about how things work. there is no additive that will allow an engine to run farther on the same amount of fuel, and a car will run with only 2 gallons of fuel in the tank.
