hi. i'm 5 ' 9, 191 lbs, female, and 12 yrs old. i'd like to get down into the 140's. i have a wii fit and i do the aerobics when ever i can. but the problem is that it gets a little boring after a while. i've heard of hip hop abs but never tried it. and please don't tell me to do sit ups and crunches and things like that. i need something FUN. please help! :)
