Is there a german language camp actually in germany for university-aged students?

Question

i'm looking for an intense language program where i can spend an entire summer and get as close to fluency as possible.

any suggestions are appreciated.

i would suggest bonn (a university town of about 300,000) or dortmund (a lot of green space and about 600,000)
