Is there a good Alternative to Comcast in San Francisco?

I need to lower my cable bill and are wondering if there are any other internet and cable tv providers in san francisco.

I dont have AT&T available where I live yet either and cant put a dish on my building. Any suggestions?

I'm in the same boat as you.  From the searching I've done I don't think there are any alternatives.  The only one would be DirectTV or Dish Network, which neither you nor I can do (no dish on my building either).  My year of intro rates just jumped and my bill practically doubled.  If you do find anything...let me know!  You'd be a lifesaver.  Good luck,
