Is there a good chinese restaurant in Washington D.C. ?

no where at all in dc you have to go to greenbelt md to get a good chinese buffet look in greenbelt definatly!!!

Top two hands down nut buffet though):

Jenny's Asian Fusion (awesome food in nice SW Waterfront location- over the Yacht club);

City Lights of China (great food, in Dupont Circle)

Both of these are low key, casual dinning settings.

It is buffet and they have a wide variety.  It is not all you can eat.  There really isn't an all you can eat in DC.
