  1. That would be stretching the limits ... usually $150 is the starting point for decent P&S cameras.  Shooting indoors requires a good flash (that work out past 6 feet) or high ISO ranges that allow handheld shots without camera movement.

  3. Kodak Easyshare camera's are $100 and they take awsome pictures. It also comes wiht a system that goes on your computer to edit and share photos.
