1. * Lumene Eye Makeup Base (eyes)

        * L'Oreal Decrease (eyes)

        * Monistat Anti-Chafing Relief Powder Gel (face)

        * Rimmel Fix and Perfect Foundation Primer (face)

        * Revlon Instant Firming Face Primer (one for Dry and one for Normal/Combo skin)

        *  24.7 Minerals Anti-Aging Foundation Primer (face)

        * Sally Hansen Natural Beauty Luminizing Face Primer

        * Revlon Beyond Natural Smoothing Primer (face)

        * Iman Under Cover Agent Oil Control Primer (face)

    I've just listed two for the eyes and seven for the face. Out of the nine mentioned, I own L'Oreal Decrease, Monistat Anti-Chafing Relief Powder Gel and the Rimmel Fix and Perfect Foundation Primer. I prefer the Monistat over the Rimmel. Why? For the simple fact that the Monistat powder gel is clear instead of apricot like the Rimmel formula. Also because the Monistat is frequently compared to Smashbox primer. :) I would love to try the Lumene Eye Makeup Base. I'm hoping it will be better than the L'Oreal Decrease. I've heard that the LEMB is a total dupe for the Urban Decay Primer Potion.

    EDIT: Boots No. 7 apparently has a good one available at Target.

    And so does Gosh Cosmetics - VELVET TOUCH FOUNDATION PRIMER [for sure available in Canada's Shoppers Drug Mart if you're Cdn.]

    But I think your best bet is the Revlon one.

  2. smashbox you can get at Sephora

    its around 15bucks

    (:
