Kim, I am from Carbondale, PA and I've been looking into it myself.  I would try the TAPS website for a group that is a legitimate group.

TAPS don't answer their e-mails and the group from Pen State need to get serious about their research.  Shadowlands.com has a list, ask.com, and google can also give you a list.  Check their references before you hire any of them.
