Is there a good quality, cheap eyeshadow primer from a drug store? (10 bucks or less)

I used to use Urban Decay's primer potion, which worked like HEAVENNN, but I just can't invest that much money in primer right now. I'd like something that would last for at least 7 hours, because that's the length of the school day :[

Don't care what brand, as long as it's below 10 bucks! Links would be nice too so I know what the container looks like.

  1. just walk into CVS and go to the makeup section and grab the colors you like. all of the stuff at CVS, except wet 'n wild is good and cheap. most of my stuff is there and it works great. goodluck =)

  2. my friend brought her loreal primer once and her make up lasted perfectly for 2 days. :-)

  3. Any drugstore brand cream eyeshadow that says it is crease-proof will work as a primer.  I am currently using the cream shadow by Rimmel as primer, and I paid only $3.00 for it.  I also use CoverGirl.  I can't get you the names right now because my husband is asleep and I don't want to wake him, but the eyeshadow color is almost the same as my skin tone, and any shadow I put over it looks great and lasts.  I apply the cream shadow first, and before it has a chance to dry completely I apply the powder right over it.  It works every time and is inexpensive.

  4. the loreal HiP cream eyeshadow paints in a neutral color work great. im in high school too and it lasts all day. good luck! :]]

  5. i love UDPP too : )

lol but i would just try using concealer instead then : )

  6. vaseline

  7. Just use your foundation as a primer. Alot of people do that including myself and my eyeshadow doesnt come off until I take it off at night with makeup remover wipes.
