I signed an exclusive right to sell contract. Is there a grace period to cancel this contract in minnesota?

    How long ago did you sign it and why are you interested in canceling it?

    Most agents I know are willing to cancel the contract provided the seller is not just trying to go around them to sell it to another party.  In my world, it is bad to be tough on your customers and force them to use you.

    Update--

    Seems like you should be able to go back to the agent and talk to him/her.  Most are reasonable people.  The relationship is supposed to be a partnership.
