  1. I'd say that it would be whatever the crime he was accused of him... you can do online search for exactly what your looking for.. best of luck

  2. Not specifically, but you will get some support and advice from your local father's rights group.

Here's a legal website that provides general information on criminal cases:

    http://www.accused.com/clients/learn.htm...

  3. How deep is your pocket.?  If one is honest and above all honest to ones self. Find a caring lawyer/solicitor. This is about all one can do.

  4. No there isn't, but to confront you, I believe that there is a discrimination against men from law enforcement and courts. Several years back I had a run in with the law about family violence. I have a tamper problem, but will not strike a woman for no reason. I was willing to fight this all the way to a trial. They dismissed my charges, but I went through h**l and high water for over 6 months. In fear that I would lose my job as an employee of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice Parole Division, in fear that I would not have an visitation with my children, and all they other bad things that happen to men cause the law want to treat men as monsters. An attorney that specialize in this field is your only resource. I hope you the best.

  5. Can you provide more information about your situation?
