I don't think so, but the end left some questions. I heard that if there is another one it wouldn't be by bungie which would be stupid because bungie makes a fortune off it. There is supposed to be a halo movie coming out in few years.

no halo 4, they ended it with a trilogy(3).  However they do have a couple of spin offs coming see like Halo Wars which seems to be turning into a real cool RTS war game.

well there is no halo 4 but at the end of halo 3 on ledgendary there is a clip at the end wenu beat the game so it leads to another story but if u like rtsu shud play halo wars

no, currently there is no halo 4 but there is an up coming game called halo wars which is a strategy game. although i have heard rumors on bungie.net that there was supposed to be released info about a new game but bungie closed there interview and didn't release any info. I belive there will be a halo 4 because of how the third one ended. Also if you read the series, the next game would be based on the book ghosts of onyx.
