Is there a handheld with a digital person on it?

A handheld with a digital person in it that maybe talks. I heard there was something like this. Technology is pretty powerfull these days it should be posible.

As a seller of pda's, I have not heard of any programs that can be installed as a Reader Program.  You can search the website for the model you have though.  They may have brought out something new for your model.
