I'm trying to sell some food on the street.I was told I need to go to the health department.So I try to find out the address of health department in new york city around zip code 10009.and the phone number too.

Of course NYC has a health department!  You can check out this website for more information on applying for a food vending permit.  I believe there is a waiting list!
