  1. Read your camcorder's manual. If you can't find it, download it here:

    This hard drive based camcorder - and pretty much most of them in this range - do not have AV-in capabilities (only AV-out). So... I suppose you could attach a helmet cam to this camcorder, but the camcorder won't record anything from the helmet cam.
