The chances are not great, but there is a chance for strong or severe thunderstorms over the next couple of days.  Any severe storm could potentially produce a tornado, but again the chances for a specific location getting a tornado are small, though not zero.  Just keep aware of conditions.

A study of weather statistics will show that tornadoes tail off quickly as you approach the north country like Michigan.

That doesn't mean you will not see tornadoes up there. In Lansing one year I had the discomfort of having tornado strikes all around me. So much for stats.

There have been a few tornadoes in the Detroit area over the past 10 years. Michigan's tornado season is July and August.

Last summer a tornado went through the city of Fenton and several years ago through the City of Detroit. (east side)
