Is there a high school, in texas, that let abroad to study english?

a visitor from another country want to live in america and want to go high school there... but she dont know how to speak, write, and read english... so she need a high school and that ler her learn english... if there is... please let me kno... a list? il give 5star! plz

You pretty much have to be able to speak the language before you start school.  There is no time to teach someone to speak English in the schools here.
