    Of course, practice is the key,

    Fail to practice = likely failure.

  3. Yes. Drivers courses are effective but costly. They do help in cutting insurance rates as do good grades in school and good attendance, the reason being is, you're showing responsibility. MOM and DAD or qualified adult should have been teaching you how to drive while you have/had your learners permit. They feel more at ease in knowing how well you can drive and not worry as much when your out. I was lucky enough growing up that my school offered a drivers ED class, it was credited and free.

  4. Yes because the instructor in the classroom coaches you and the instructor in the car puts you through mock tests before you get to the examination centre. They're usually the ones to go to the exam with you if that's part of the training package. It's a good idea to have them there because they really help boost your confidence. They're more objective than family or friends.
