Is there a homeless guy pushing a shopping trolly full of plastic bags and empty beer cans In every city?

Just curious, everywhere I go there is at least one. I even saw a guy with a shopping trolly full of dogs!

not here in kodiak. the homeless all hang out at mcdonalds. it's kind of a small town. a really small town, actually.

Here he collectes empty bottles. Sometimes he´s asking for cigarettes. He doesn´t hurt anyone. He has a black small dog with him.
