there is a series of games for the playstation called gallop racer. they are pretty neat but i get bored with them pretty quickly.

Yes, Iv'e seen atleast 2-3 games.   One is a steaple chase online flash game.

There are a TON of horse racing games out there.  Google it.

The two I've played are simulatedsports.com (this one is more complicated but more realistic, and is in real time - one game year = one real year) and trophyhorse.com (more simple and easier to understand, one game year = one real month).

I don't know any game but I just wanted to say you spelt "rase" wrong. It should be "race"
