is there HOTLINE where i can report harrasing prank phone calls?

  1. Don't call 9-1-1.  Call your police non-emergency line.  Make a note of dates and times that you receive the prank calls.  Get a case number from the police department and then contact your phone company and see what help they can be.  Having a police report let's them do more than they otherwise could.
