Is there a # i can dial before i dial the #s to call someone so that it doesn't show up restricted?

my house # is restricted and ive heard people say that there is a few #s i can dial so that it doesnt show up restricted on the caller id..does anyone the #s or is it not true??

Dial *82 to unrestrict your blocked status for a call

try *72 or *82 i dont know if it goes by where your from but this is for california.

Yes.  Look in your phone book.  Typically near the front, it lists instructions on how to do stuff like this.
